Although it is spring and it is warmer weather time, it has been quite dark and dreary lately. I know for this part of the US that is nothing unusual. It is making me lazy and tired though. It is overcast which makes it seem later than it really is. I need a schedule or something to get stuff done.
Routines are quite easy to get into actually. Once you start doing something daily it will become second nature like eating breakfast or going to the bathroom. That is what I need especially in the exercising department. Do you have a routine or schedule that is easy for you to follow? Share your tips with us! I would love to know about how you guys do it.
